Solutions · HR & L&D
Targeted programs at scale, and an L&D story you can prove.
Stop assigning the same modules to everyone. Eduserge lets HR and L&D teams build programs around the specific gaps in each role, reuse the content you already own, and report impact in skills closed rather than seats filled.

What changes
The shift, in plain terms.
Annual training calendar assigned to whole departments
Paths built per person from the gaps between their role and the next one
Budget spent on new content every year
Existing library mapped to skills first, new content bought only for real gaps
L&D reported as hours trained and completion rates
L&D reported as skills closed and roles made ready from within
What you get
Capabilities built around your job, not a generic LMS.
Role library you control
Import frameworks or job descriptions, calibrate skills and levels with HR business partners, and version every change.
Content coverage mapping
See which skills are well covered, thinly covered or not covered at all by your library, and plan purchases from there.
Programs by gap, not by department
Launch a program for everyone with a gap in stakeholder negotiation, wherever they sit in the organization.
Cohorts from shared gaps
When many people share a gap, group them into a cohort with a live session instead of dozens of individual paths.
Impact reporting
Report skills closed per quarter, readiness by critical role, and internal fills against the roles you prepared people for.
Continuous, not annual
Paths adapt as evidence arrives, so programs keep up with people instead of waiting for the next training needs analysis.
In practice
A typical rollout for an HR and L&D team.
- 1
Weeks 1 to 2
Import role definitions for the first job family and calibrate skill lists and levels with HR business partners.
- 2
Weeks 2 to 3
Connect your content library. Eduserge proposes skill mappings for every item and L&D confirms them.
- 3
Week 4
Run baseline assessments for the first team. Gap maps and paths are generated for everyone in scope.
- 4
Every month after
Review skills closed, shared gaps and coverage holes, then decide where to add content or run cohorts.
Reporting
The views you will open every week.
Skills closed
By team, role and quarter, with the evidence type behind each closure.
Critical role readiness
How many people are ready or near ready for each role you flag as critical.
Content coverage
Skills with no content, single-item skills, and library items that teach nothing in scope.
Spend per skill closed
Internal and external content cost set against the skills it actually helped close.
Questions
What teams usually ask first.
Which content libraries work with Eduserge?
Any LMS that can export its catalog, plus SCORM 1.2 and 2004, xAPI packages, video links, documents and external course URLs.
How long does role-definition setup take?
For a single job family of 5 to 8 roles, most teams finish calibration in one to two weeks, with a few short sessions with HR business partners.
Can we keep our existing competency framework?
Yes. Import it as it is. Eduserge will suggest merges or gaps, but nothing changes without HR approval.
How is employee assessment data protected?
Your organization owns it, access follows reporting lines and HR policy, and it is never used to train models for anyone else. See Data & Security for details.
