Platform · 02 Personalized Learning Paths
A training path for each person, built from content you already own.
Once the gaps are known, Eduserge assembles a sequenced path from your content library, adds external content only where nothing internal teaches the skill, and adapts the path as skills close.

How it works
Four steps, run continuously.
- 01
Match content to gaps
Each course, video, document and exercise in your library is mapped to the skills it teaches. Paths are assembled from items that target open gaps only.
- 02
Fill the blanks
Where your library has nothing for a skill, Eduserge recommends external courses or certifications and marks them clearly as external.
- 03
Sequence and size
Core gaps come first, prerequisites are respected, and the path is sized in weeks against the hours per week your organization allows for learning.
- 04
Adapt as evidence arrives
Pass a pre-assessment and the related modules drop out. Struggle with one and a practice item is added. The end date moves with real progress.
What goes in
- Gap map for the person and target role
- Your LMS catalog and content library
- Weekly learning time allowance
- Approved external providers
What comes out
- Sequenced path with week-by-week plan
- Each item tied to the skill it closes
- Clear split between internal and external content
- Projected date for closing every gap
Your library first
Paths reuse the content you have already paid for. External recommendations appear only for skills your library does not cover, so spend stays predictable.
Evidence closes skills
A path item is only a means to an end. The skill closes when evidence arrives: an assessment, a work sample, a certificate or a manager sign-off.
Built for real schedules
Paths respect the learning time your organization allows each week and shift automatically around leave or project peaks when a manager pauses them.
Questions
Personalized Learning Paths, in detail.
Which content formats are supported?
SCORM 1.2 and 2004, xAPI, video links, PDFs and documents, and external course URLs. Anything with a link or a package can be mapped to a skill.
Can L&D edit a path the AI built?
Yes. L&D can pin, remove or reorder items and set required items for a role. Edits are kept when the path adapts.
What if two people have the same gap?
They get the same core items for that skill, but their paths differ wherever their other gaps or existing skills differ.
